It's said that salt water is the cure for everything - shin splints may be an exception. But it's certainly good for the soul.
Just back from a wonderful Portuguese dinner. Lots to tell about our special last day on the Rota Vicentina but we are in a dorm tonight so, in fairness to others, time to put the lights out.
