CP Day 1 Vila do Conde to Esposende - 25 kms

First day walking on Camino Portuguese de Costa (Coastal Way). I made it, without pulling up lame! Lots of stretching along the way today - hoping not to have a repeat of shin problem. Don't feel entirely confident yet.

As well as the shell on my pack, we had another good omen today. On this day (23 April) in 2014, The French and I, having met at the gite dinner the evening before, took a walk together for the first time - on the Camino Le Puy, 31 kms from Condom en Armagnac to Eauze. As Domi says, 'nous ne savions pas ce qui pouvait arriver'.
